Bus and coach registrations in Poland – brands and CEPiK data

Between January and September 2026, 5,830 buses (new and used) were registered for the first time in Poland, 25% more than a year earlier. Q3 brought 1,939 registrations (+16% y/y), making buses one of the fastest-growing commercial vehicle segments this year. The market is split almost evenly between new and used buses.

Top new bus brands in Poland – January–September 2026

Mercedes-Benz and Solaris are tied for first place with 816 new buses each; after three quarters, Solaris has already registered almost three times as many buses as in the whole of 2025 (288). They are followed by Iveco (289), Ford (237, mostly minibuses), MAN (222), Irizar (138) and Yutong (137).

Used buses – brand ranking

Among used buses registered in Poland for the first time, Mercedes-Benz leads (760 units), ahead of Iveco (392) and Irisbus (357), followed by Setra (228), MAN (161), SOR (79) and VDL Bova (58).
